  • PRODUCT INFO

    The glass dimensions measure at 130 tall and 90mm wide or 5.1x3.6" (minus the handle). The wording is applied using vinyl stickers. While these are very durable it is recommended that they do not go into the dishwasher, they shouldn't be soaked in water, and they should not be scrubbed. To clean simply lightly wash over with a sponge and softy dry immediately.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Unfortunately personalised items are non-refundable. However if you do have a problem with your item please just message me and I’ll be happy to help.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Royal Mail aim to deliver items within 1-3 business days; however occasionally this maybe extended due to unforeseen circumstances and busy periods.

    Sometimes due to size or weight it maybe necessary to send items via Parcel Force. They offer a 48-hour postal service for larger and heavier items that the Royal Mail cannot handle.

    Please allow 1-3 weeks for your Glasses to be created, of course I will always aim to create and have it delivered as soon as possible.
